The most magical place on earth, everyone love a trip to Disney World Orlando. As it is, in fact, one of the most popular destinations in the world. Thousands of people arrive at the park each day to experience the magic and wonder that Disney brings. But how did the park get started?

The Magic Kingdom was designed to supplement Walt Disney World, which first opened in 1955 in Anaheim, California. The Magic Kingdom was known as the Florida project when it was in development. It was intended to present a distinct vision with its own diverse set of attractions.

In 1959 Walt Disney Productions began looking for the perfect location for the park and settled on Orlando, Florida in November 1963. The location was near the 4 Florida Turnpike and what was then known as McCoy Air Force Base, today it is the Orlando International Airport. The Magic Kingdom opened to the world on October 1st 1971.

Today the park offers many of the same attractions and experiences and new ones too. There’s a total 4 main theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the Animal Kingdom. And 6 parks in total, the other parks being, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.

There truly is something for everyone at any age. When you arrive in Orlando we can be there to deliver you and your group to Disney World to start your vacation. If you’re not staying at one of the parks hotels, we can take you there each day. Take a look at our fleet of vehicles, then make your reservation online.
